Meet Rosslyn Byrd Singleton

Owner-Operator, Chick-fil-A Prosperity Church Rd – Charlotte, NC

Rosslyn Byrd Singleton is the proud Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Prosperity Church Road in Charlotte, NC. Since 2019, she has led the restaurant with a heart for hospitality, a passion for developing people, and a deep commitment to serving the local community.

Before moving to Charlotte, Rosslyn served as the Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Parkway Place in Huntsville, Alabama. She began her Chick-fil-A journey as a Marketing Director and has continued to lead with both strategic vision and a genuine heart for service.

Prior to joining Chick-fil-A, Rosslyn worked as a television producer for Nickelodeon, contributing to beloved children’s programs like Dora the Explorer and Go, Diego, Go!. She also served with United Way of Greater Philadelphia, where she directed mentoring programs that introduced students to the world of business.

Earlier in her career, Rosslyn worked in higher education as Assistant Director of Admissions at Susquehanna University. Rosslyn holds a master’s degree in Counseling and Student Services from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Virginia. Her diverse background in media, education, and nonprofit work shapes her unique, people-first approach to leadership and community engagement.

Rosslyn brings more than business experience to her role—she brings a spirit of service. Whether building partnerships with local schools, supporting neighborhood events, or volunteering alongside her team, she is passionate about making a meaningful impact. She proudly supports the Chick-fil-A Shared Table program and partners with Hope Street Food Pantry in her local neighborhood. She also uses her leadership and business experience to help lead international women’s retreats through Chick-fil-A’s Lifeshape program.

Rosslyn is married to Marcus Singleton, who pastors Saint James Church in Denver, NC. They have two sons: Marcus Jr., a member of Corvian Community School’s Class of 2025, and Joshua, Class of 2026. Known for her approachable style and hands-on leadership, Rosslyn loves connecting with guests and building relationships that go beyond the counter. If you see her at the restaurant, don’t hesitate to say hello—she’s always happy to connect.
